What is a PAC?
PAC stands for Parent Advisory Council and it is a group of parents and guardians of students who get together once a month with the school Principal and other school staff to discuss ideas, issues, and concerns regarding the student's and the school.
Who can be part of the PAC?
Every parent / guardian of a student at Cataline Elementary school is considered a member of the PAC. Grandparents and staff are very welcome to attend all PAC meetings as non-voting members.
What does the PAC do?
* The PAC discusses education, safety, school goals, and general ideas regarding our school atmosphere.
* The PAC works with the school staff to maintain a healthy and safe learning environment for our students.

How can I get involved?
There are many ways to be involved with the PAC at Cataline School. You can decide to what extent you want to contribute your time. It takes many people to make Cataline a happy and succesful place for our children.
Opportunites for you to get involved:
* Attend meetings (once per month)
* Serving food on Fridays (30-60 minutes)
* Phoning for Safe Arrival (30-60 minutes per day of your choice)
* Volunteering at PAC and school activities
* Being on a general volunteer call-out list.
